• Accounting data: when you connect QuickBooks Online, we access customer, invoice, and payment data necessary to sync billing records.

We use collected information to:

• Process camp registrations and manage applications.
• Communicate with families about applications, payments, and camp updates.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Sync billing data with your authorized QuickBooks Online account.
• Comply with legal obligations and ensure camper safety.

4. QuickBooks Integration

When you authorize a connection to QuickBooks Online, we access your QuickBooks data solely to create and update customers, invoices, and payment records related to camp registrations. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens securely and use them only to perform requested sync operations. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the admin settings page, which will revoke our access.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as payment processors, email providers, and accounting integrations), and only as required to deliver the requested functionality, or when required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to retention requirements for financial records.

The Service is designed for use by parents and camp administrators. Information about children is collected from their parents or guardians solely for the purpose of camp registration and care. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
